2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in an eligible U.S. state to use our Services. vyrarx currently does not provide services in California, South Carolina, or New Jersey. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Telehealth Services

vyrarx provides telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare providers. You understand and agree that:

• Telehealth is not appropriate for all medical conditions or emergencies
• Our providers make independent clinical decisions based on the information you provide
• A prescription is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the prescribing provider
• You must provide accurate and complete health information

4. Not Emergency Care

vyrarx is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payments and Refunds

All fees for our Services are displayed before you complete a transaction. Payment is required at the time of service. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the vyrarx website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of vyrarx, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vyrarx, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
